We recommend booking your nanny from your second trimester onwards (around 20–24 weeks) to secure availability. Popular dates — especially around major school holidays — book up quickly. Contact us early and we will hold a provisional booking for you.
Yes. All Aun.Ty nannies hold recognised certifications in newborn care and have a minimum of five years of hands-on confinement experience. Many hold additional CPR and first-aid qualifications. We also conduct annual refresher training in modern newborn care practices.
Absolutely. We have nannies versed in Chinese, Malay (Jamu), Indian, and Western postpartum traditions. During your consultation, we'll match you with a nanny who aligns with your preferred cultural practices and dietary requirements.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you feel the match isn't working — within the first three days — we will arrange a replacement nanny at no additional cost, subject to availability. Our agency coordinator will mediate and ensure a smooth transition.
Yes, our Prestige package includes a stay at our purpose-built confinement centre in Singapore. Rooms are private, hotel-styled, and equipped for mother and baby. Full meal service, round-the-clock nursing support, and specialist consultations are included.
